[NAGDU] Running

I run with my guide. Julie's advice is quite sound. I do live in a residential street did area, so we do stop and listen for traffic, but for the most part there's not a lot of traffic so for the most part we can keep going. We've also done some trail running, but usually this is with other people. If you would like to run with some friends and have your guide dog guide you, what I can recommend is have your friends either runs slightly ahead of you or slightly behind you. I use Julie's sport style harness instead of a traditional guiding harness. :-) if I can answer any other questions please let me know.
