[NAGDU] American Airlines animal sanitation form for flights lasting 8 hours or more

I think the form is just terrible. If we are adults, we shouldn't have to
fill out such forms like that. If a problem were to come up, maybe we should
have to pay for any inconvenience or damage, but we should not have to fill
out such a form I think.

Not only that but I ask why guide dog schools might not be writing a letter
to protest this form. It does seem to me that all the progress we've made
over many a year, ninety years of guide dog use in the US as a matter of
fact,is being eroded and rather quickly.
