[NAGDU] American Airlines animal sanitation form for flights lasting 8 hours or more

Not only that but I ask why guide dog schools might not be writing a 
letter to protest this form. It does seem to me that all the progress 
we've made over many a year, ninety years of guide dog use in the US as 
a matter of fact,is being eroded and rather quickly.
