[NAGDU] Another Airline Question

Alicia, 

SSR stands for Special Service Request and yes it does mean that they will most likely add on assistance at the airport to your reservation. 

If you do choose to ignore the request, and if anyone gives you trouble at the airport, contact the Complaint Resolution Officer, CRO. 

Next, please file the email you received stating that they will not be able to accommodate/register, whatever the language, your animal if you do not give the requested info, with the DOT’s ACAA complaint process. Sorry, I don’t have the direct link here. 

The airlines claim they request this info to “help us choose the best seating options”. We know that this is not true, though I won’t speculate on wy they do request it. It’s clearly an ACAA violation.
