[NAGDU] Prescriptions on Chewy?

I tried to get heart worm pills from chewy, where my vet wasn't happy 
at all, they wanted the money.
They said they don't know chewy.
I said it didn't matter, you got the information you wanted now send 
the paper to them to get heart worm pills.
Never happened, they wanted the cost.
Then they have her at the wrong weight, so she has the wrong pills.
