[NAGDU] Airline seat designations

Michael, I just booked a trip down to America from Alaska and they
wouldn't upgrade me for free. Said I had to pay extra for the premium
economy. Travel agent contacted her Rep at AK Air and they told her no
more free upgrade. Flew to Hawaii last month and had to fly in seat 11.
One row behind premium. Miserable 6 1/2 hour flight.

AK Air has always been very accommodating. Every thing has changed since
the new year. I hope you have better luck. Let me know how you make out
with them.
