Good morning everyone,

Last night during our board meeting, the NFB of New Mexico made some small
changes to the criteria to receive an attendance stipend for the NFB
national convention. The new criteria are pasted below and attached to this
email. Please note that items 4 and 7 now indicate that the person
requesting the stipend must email both the affiliate president and the
affiliate Treasurer, not just the president. Please also note that item 6-a
has been changed to say that the person requesting the stipend must
participate in fund raising activities of the affiliate being conducted
during the national convention.
