[Nfb-science] electrical engineering classes

I am an electrical engineering student at Suffolk University. For some of my classes we have to use National Instruments LabView. Can you please give me more information about eather using this software with JAWS or acksesible alturnitives. 

 

Another question I have is accessible test equipment.  How can I obtain an accessible lab grade multimeter, signal generator and oscilloscope?
