-First- Come to order, introductions, say our NFB pledge

 

-Second- Gary Wunder, our special guest will talk to us about the Braille
Monitor. In part, he will address his idea for an article, read the text
below, of which he included in his response to our request to him to join us
for this call: 

 

".It strikes me that I should make a pitch during the presentation for an
article about your senior division activities.  I think that we are often
more general about what we do for seniors then we ought to be.  My
observation when I go to the Colorado Center for the Blind is that the
seniors are the people who are most appreciative of our programs.  Others
may appreciate them, but they take them as their right, not necessarily as a
blessing.  My perspective is that they should be taken as both."
