[NFB-Seniors] A simpler scanning and reading app

Hello all,

I am Daghan, the product manager of the Supersense app

helping the blind to locate objects in their environment and scan documents.

In our user studies and the feedback that we have received from various
channels, we heard from many people that there is a need for a simpler,
friendlier and more comprehensive scanning app that everyone can use
whether they are tech savvy or not.

That’s why we have been developing the Supersense app for. For example,
when you currently open Supersense, the app will start scanning your
environment and read whatever it sees in your camera such as text,
banknotes or barcodes. You won’t even need to tap any buttons.

I would love to talk to you for 15 minutes to better understand your
individual experiences, hear your feedback on our app, and incorporate your
perspective in our strategy. This guidance will help us develop a much
better application for this community.
