Jennifer and All:

We are aware of intermittent MP3 download problems with the Braille
Monitor and other publications from our Website. These challenges appear
to be inconsistently reported. Our Internal Technology Department has
been conscientiously working on this issue, and I am confident that
every effort to solve the problem is being made. Your feedback, though,
about your personal experience is helpful and appreciated as the
appropriate members of our national staff work to address this issue.
Thank you for your indulgence as we try to remedy this situation. As
further progress is made, we will keep all informed. Hopefully you'll
realize what progress is achieved through your smooth downloading
experiences in the reasonably near future.

I hope everyone enjoys a happy and relaxing holiday season.

With Kind Regards,

Subject: [nfb-talk] Problem downloading Braille Monitor

Hi all,

I was trying to download this month's Braille Monitor, but I got an
error message saying that it could not be downloaded from www.nfb.org
because the connection was reset. What does that mean?

Jen
