To speak frankly, I fail to see the point of this.  Seems to me this here fellow cummings is not very forth coming on whether he supports the Vehicle safety act or not.  Looks like the boiler plate form letter that's supposed to make you feel like he cares; but, I doubt that many if any of us are fooled by this strategy.

I trust, Ken, that you were not satisfied with that so-called answer?
