[nfb-talk] Airport keyosk?

I met have anyone ever use the airport keyosk, I may be spelling it incorrectly, but the audio keyosk at Alaska Airline doesn't seem to work. I tried to use the (keyosk) in the Seattle airport which required to use headphone. I plugged in my headphone, but from there nothing worke. There was no sound, no buttons to press, and absolutely no instructions. I asked one of the clerks, how to use the keyosk, he wasn't sure. He said he will tell the supervisor. Has anyone had the same experience with Alaska airline? Has anyone had any success using keyosk at any other airlines?
