[nfb-talk] An idea, to discuss, at 2012 convention

The first thing you need to do is find people in Arkansas who have had
problems with divorce, custody, adoption or other family related court
matters because of their disabilities.  Legislators won't solve a problem
unless you can establish that it is real.
