[nfb-talk] An idea, to discuss, at 2012 convention

I'm trying to prevent a problem.
I don't know anyone, in Arkansas, that is having problems like this,
but we need prevention.
We can tell the legislature what happened in MO, and that we need a
law to prevent the same thing from happening here.
