weather line. If I want to check the time  I ask Jaws.

I'm not sure why it is that the blind need them.
If you have access to a good time device, such as a watch, then you've got
the time thing covered.
The weather...listen to the radio or watch the news or call your local
weather line.
These services are convenient but not necessary, and blindness has
absolutely nothing to do with needing them.
