Actually, since fixing the problem we asked them to fix would've 
required five minutes of a webmaster's time, and they doubtless spent 
many thousands of dollars fighting the battle, it truly was insane 
that they wouldn't add half a line of text to a single file to label 
a graphic button.

But sometimes, you hit stubborn refusal, and then you have to let the 
lawyers out of their cages.
