Hello Steve,
I believe that you can buy small glass bottles which have pump dispensers on 
the top that dispense only one drop per press. My friend got them sent to 
him from the allergy doctor. I would think a search online should turn them 
up for you. That's what I use to add specific numbers of supplement drops to 
my various pet's water.

I want to make up flu bombs that mix several types of essential oils, two
drops each of 5 oils.  Also to put in a diffuser, it only takes 2-3 drops.
I don't want to put too much and waste it, or have the concentration be too
strong.
