Hello federation family,

I am sad to report that mark feliz Lost his brother on Monday, March 18, 2019. His death was sudden and unexpected. The family has asked that in Lieu of flowers, donations of cash would be appreciated to help with funeral expenses. Mark is a dedicated and long time federationist  who can really use our support at this time.
