Hi I came across this on another email list and thought it might be 
helpful for all of us since we all use zoom.

If you are talking about the settings that you use These commands work 
with Zoom and JAWS and probably other screen readers as well.

when you are in a meeting, alt control shift  will bring it up. Then 
just tab to the one that you want and press space bar.
