Joe,

APH (The American Printing House), NOT AFB, is not a "primary" distributor,
they are the only distributor.  It their own product that they made a
variance of the Level Star Icon.

I was a little surprised but after what had happened with the Bookport
production is why I backed off this purchase.  I have a friend that worked
at APH and with this product which is why I liked it so much.
