Interesting.  Was this AFB you were dealing with?  I somehow felt they would
be more diligent about their order requests.  I presume you mean AFB since
they appear to be the primary distributor for the product, but let us know
if you meant someone else.

Joe,

This is just something to think about but I was ready to purchase one in
August and they were having trouble getting units from the manufacturer.  I
was told the end of August.  The end of August came and I was told the end
of September and the end of September came and then it was the end of the
year.

This past week they called me to tell me they were finally in.  When I said
that I had decided to cancel my order, I was asked if I was sure because
they didn't know when they would have more.

I really liked this unit but decided to cancel my order because the problems
getting it and I remember when they had problems with the new version of the
Bookport.  They ended up scrapping the new Bookport because they couldn't
get the units from the manufacturer.

Just a little something to think about for this device.
