[nfbcs] Editing Dictionary in jaws

I haven't done it in a while, but I just hit insert-d, and then add, then
experiment until the new word sounds right.  Sometimes you have to put in
extra spaces, or spell things funny.  Be bold; you can always go back to
the default, or delete what you did.
