You could join the army, that would make it more useful.

Subject: [nfbcs] Off-topic - Talking Watch
I have a four alarm talking watch with a timer on it. It has an hourly
chime akd can tell you the day of the month. It is made by Ult-most and
I believe the model is voleezone. Now I have had the watch for several
years during which it has always said AM and PM but somehow it has
started saying military time - 1352 or 1745. I can make the conversion
but would like to figure out how to change it back. Any ideas?
