[nfbcs] Bypassing the welcome screen/login for Windows XP.

Good afternoon,

You are probably talking about an ASP or DotNet account, not quite  
sure what this does, used to know many years ago.  I believe that it  
is safe to remove it, but you may wish to loo it up online first.
