[nfbcs] Bypassing the welcome screen/login for Windows XP.

you can also set windows to automaticly log into an account at startup by
doing the following.
1. press start>run and enter "control userpasswords2"
2. uncheck the "users must enter a user name and password to use this
computer" check box
3. select "ok"
4. enter a user name and password to be the default login.
this is not exactly what you want but it will do what you asked.
