Joe,

Tell us more.  What makes you like this better than Word besides the obvious price advantage.  I'm not a particular fan of Word, but I also like to understand the 
differences.  

How are you guys getting the font size?  While it is likely that an attempt is made to make the screen characters look like what will print, the relative sizes can 
sometimes vary.  Are you looking at the font associated with a screen character, or are you lifting the font information from a status field on the screen?
