[nfbcs] Backup programs

I see a backup program under the system maintenance tools that come with
Windows XP.  What is the advantage of buying something like Ghost or
another backup program, instead of using the one that comes with Windows?
Now that I have my external drive working, I can start backing up my files
regularly.  I want to get it right, so I'm ready when the inevitable
disaster strikes.
