[nfbcs] Secure Shell to Unix system & Accessibility

Folks,

I am using the PUTTY ssh program to access the bash shell in Red Hat Linux
5.3. I am using Windows 7 -64-bits and JAWS 12.0.1169.

On my Braille display, my PC Braille cursor appears one character to the
right of where it really is. Any suggestions?

My JAWS cursor is correct.

In addition, an I Beam or vertical line cursor also should work, but it is
important that the cursor is blinking as Gary said. Avoid block cursors.
Also avoid options that place a horizontal line under the entire line or a
vertical line next to the whole dolumn in which the current character is.
This is often referred to as a "cross hair" cursor and is sometimes a
separate option.
