[nfbcs] Java Access Bridge question

Because Eclipse does not use the Java GUI, you do not need Access Bridge to 
run Eclipse. Do you have a 64 or 32 bit system. You will need Access Bridge 
for the applications that you build, though, if they use the Java GUI.
