[nfbcs] Braille Note Email Problem

First and foremost, you are not giving enough information to us. Second, 
email on the computer and email on the BrailleNote are very different, so, 
yes, it may be something with your provider. I can think of many times where 
my computer could send and receive email and my BrailleNote had less or no 
email access.
