[nfbcs] Braille Note Email Problem

Hello,

Thanks for the reply. I was not sure what kind of information might be
helpful.

We use att.net. We use a wireless router. it has been working fine for
more than a year. Att.net is DSL.

Regarding your point that Braille note email is a lot different, I'm not
sure what those differences are. All the settings are the same when setting
up the account, so not being a tekky they seem pretty similar with regard to
sending and receiving mail.

Again, thank you for responding. It is appreciated.

Best Regards,

Fred

First and foremost, you are not giving enough information to us. Second,
email on the computer and email on the BrailleNote are very different, so,
yes, it may be something with your provider. I can think of many times where
my computer could send and receive email and my BrailleNote had less or no
email access.
