[nfbcs] Training Programs

[Nancy Coffman]

I have also been checking into RESNa (Rehabilitation Engineering and
Assistive Technology Association of North America).  They have a
certification program also.  I don't know if it has anything to do with
blindness.  It seems to have more to do with mobility impairments.
