[nfbcs] odd jows behavior in command window

Gabe, I have a very good reason for asking for confirmation instead of for a
fix. If everyone is having this problem, FS should fix the problem.
Otherwise, people not on this list will have to continue to live with it.
You could tell me how to fix the problem but that would leave any number of
other jaws users out in the cold. 

PS: Do you actually have a fix?

So let me understand this, if you aren't asking us how to handle this bug,
you were only asking us to confirm the bug? Okay I'll confirm. It exists if
you don't know how to use jaws properly. Thank you.
