[nfbcs] NVDA review mode

What does one do if one doesn't have the numpad?  I am running NVDA on my 
netbook, which only has a laptop-style keyboard.  Hmm, perhaps this is why I 
haven't been able to figure out review mode--I don't have the keys for it.
