Wow... That's my girl!
OK, Since JAWS is still misbehaving, it has to be something related.  FS may 
tell you no one else is having problems, that's what they're supposed to 
tell you until you tell them Narrator works just fine.  That'll get 'em! 
LOL!
Seriously...  Do you have another version of JAWS installed on the machine? 
Example, I still have JAWS 11 even tho I run 13.

Is this an IBM or a THINKPAD?  or is this a Desktop machine?
  There some Internet Options that we may can adjust to try and neutralize 
some symptoms, but that's something that'll be hard to do over a listserv 
email forum.

And, Cable Terminators are little end-cap thingys that you put on whatever 
coaxial cable is not being used.  They go on unused cable outlets on walls, 
and even on splitters-- tho some people say not to use them on splitters.

Basically, they close up the cable loop so that it can work better.  It's 
electronics theory... boring stuff, unless you arefacinated by that stuff, 
then it's magic!
