[nfbcs] Comcast

Nicole,

I probably should have known that you would have already analyzed the problem with this site. <smile> I worked on the audio
recording of the NFBCS meeting in Orlando last July so I went back and reviewed Tom's comments. He stated that the Bill Pay site
was not yet accessible and that they were working on that. He was not able to give a time frame on the resolution of the problem,
though, but they appear to be aware of the problem. Several members of the audience joked that they could pay their bill untill
this issue was fixed. Although I reviewed the audio quickly, I did not hear an email address given. If others on this list who
attended the meeting remember differently, please let us know.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson
