[nfbcs] Accessible Web hosting

Since the platform being discussed with VoiceOver on the Mac is OS X (Unix), SCP is fully accessible through the Bash shell under the Terminal window. Also, one can easily built SCP scripts using TextEdit or TextMate which will automate the process.
