[nfbcs] Converrsation arrangement in Outlook 2010

Hi,

I've just got Outlook 2010 set up on a Windows 8.1 laptop.
I cannot seem to get Inbox messages to appear in Conversation order where
the first item spoken is the Subject [Conversation], and participants are
not named until I expand the conversation and move down the list.
Could someone help me with this lapse?
