[nfbcs] Completing Coding Challenges using Codility or Hackerrank

This probably doesn't exactly answer your question, but I believe that
there was a law firm looking into situations like this.  Not sure if
anything ever came of it, or if anything ever will, but if you'd like
I can try to figure out who it was.

Good luck.  I think if we're looking for something as an organization
to fix, accessibility of pre-employment screening tests would be a
great candidate.
