[nfbcs] acessible uml diagram tool for screen readers

Hi.

There is a tool called plant uml.

But having a hard time trying to install the plugin with eclipse lunar 4.4,
and also, tried to install a visual studio vsto visual studio 2013 plugin
for plant uml, but had to then put the website in the trusted sites and add
it to the sites, and did that.

But says it cannot find the manifest.

Now.

Looking for a uml tool, as taking a uml subject for my software development
course.

Any one come across this issue.

I do not think ibms rational line of products accessible, rational rose,
rup, request.

Can any one help.
