[nfbcs] Career Fairs and Conventions

There are a couple other approaches to consider, besides what people 
have suggested.  One is to hire a reader/assistant who can help you 
find stuff, or find a volunteer ahead of time.  You can also ask the 
Conference organizers if they provide such assistance.  Most don't, 
but some do now.
