[nfbcs] Joining Computer Science Division

The easiest way to join the computer science division is to write to Curtis
Chong at curtischong at earthlink.net.

You can join at the National Convention at the computer science meeting on
July 7 2015.

All of the public computer science messages appear on the NFBCS mailing list
(https://nfb.org/divisions-and-committees#ComputerScience).
