[nfbcs] help with X11 forwarding

Hello, 

You will not be able to run any X11 apps on that machine after ssh'ing in, including a browser. Your screen reader will not know what to do with the graphics  it generates.

If it is just a browser you need, see if you can run a browser locally on your Windows machine. If you need to run other X-based programs, you won't need to login directly to a console, and install the orca screen reader.
