[nfbcs] Recommendations on router and NAS (network attached storage)

The computers and NAS would be connected by ethernet cable, though the 
NAS might be connected by USB3. Wi-fi would be used by laptops and 
tablets. It goes without saying that the router would have an Internet 
connection.
