[nfbcs] Accessible epub reader for windows

Yeah, I think bookshare changed their api again. I didn't have the latest update from Humanware companion or k1000 and neither of them could download either. Need to update everything before I can say for sure which developers caught up with the Bookshare api.

Speaking of q-read, has anyone gotten the latest version to let them download books from Bookshare?
Mine won't let me, and I emailed the developers, and they've never responded.
