[nfbcs] Accessible epub reader for windows

Personally, I find the easiest way to read an epub is to convert it to 
html if you need the formatting stuff or text if you don't. That way you 
avoid inaccessible software or having to purchase something. A standard 
web browser or text editor is all you would need.

To do the conversion, get the free caliber ebook reader. Don't use the 
reader itself; we're only interested in the ebook converter prprogram it 
includes. The reader itself doesn't work with Window-Eyes or NVDA (not 
sure about JAWS), but it has a command line ebook converter program 
which works just fine.
