[nfbcs] Removing and grooping apps on iDevices

Hello everyone,

We're learning to use our iDevices with mixed results. There are
two operations we would like help with.

The first is creating groups of related apps. I know one can create
folders for various types of apps. For example if one has lots of apps
related to radio they can create a folder called "Radio" and move the icons
for various radio stations into it instead of having them scattered across
multiple pages of apps on their device. Mary's iPhone has a folder called
iWork in which the icons for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote reside. We need to
know how to do this on the device itself or via iTunes whatever option folks
find easier. This will go a long way to helping us organize our apps and
reduce the number of pages on which they're displayed.

We have a few apps that need to be removed. They're either corrupt
and need to be reinstalled or they don't work with Voiceover. The steps for
removing unwanted apps from one's iDevice will be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help.
