If I have this right, the last version of turbobraille I found was 
tbrl504.zip and that was on Chuck Hallenbech's website.  That was a 
while ago though.  So long as turbobraille failed to store any of its 
data in executeable code itself and got everything from data files it 
used U.E.B. may be more easily possible with turbobraille than nfbtrans.
  We were told about not intermingling data and code at Arkansas 
Enterprises For The Blind during computer programmer training too and 
that was back in 1982-1983 for me.
