> The US Access Board just approved a motion to send the Final Rule for the 508/ICT Refresh to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.  The motion included authority to make non-substantive changes that may arise from OMB's review.  OMB has 90 (work) days to respond, but the Access Board has asked for an expedited review, given the (ridiculously) long history of this regulatory update.  Best guesses are that it will be published in the Federal Register late this year or early January.
